Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gp88 ("gp88," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gp88.one. 1.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the gp88 platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operators in the Philippines. gp88 strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use gp88: (a) employees of gp88 and their immediate family members; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform; (c) persons who have been excluded by gp88 for any reason; (d) persons on any PAGCOR exclusion list.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the gp88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. gp88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gp88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). gp88 is required by law and PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide such documentation as gp88 may reasonably request for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 Account Suspension Pending Verification. gp88 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gp88 will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the fee schedule published on the platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gp88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted for deposits.
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is prohibited in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. The use of cryptocurrency or any digital asset for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Cashier page of the platform and may be updated from time to time. gp88 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated to players via the platform.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. gp88 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within three (3) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
4.5 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your legal name and verified as part of the KYC process. gp88 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the gp88 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / โฑ). gp88 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. gp88 is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. gp88 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
5.1 gp88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. gp88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 gp88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith.
6.1 All games available on the gp88 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live casino games on gp88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, gp88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. gp88 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must submit a dispute within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. gp88's decision on game disputes, following review of server-side game logs, shall be final.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gp88 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
7.2 gp88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to the relevant authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC.
8.1 All content on the gp88 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of gp88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gp88 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content.
8.3 The gp88 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of gp88. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
9.1 gp88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 gp88 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
9.3 gp88 may share your personal data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
10.1 gp88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and five (5) years, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within twenty-four (24) hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gp88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 gp88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gp88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 gp88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gp88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude gp88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your gp88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.
12.2 Termination by gp88. gp88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) gp88 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) gp88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account; or (d) gp88 ceases to operate the platform.
12.3 Upon termination for breach, gp88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to gp88, subject to completion of any required investigations.
13.1 gp88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gp88 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and via an in-platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the gp88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 gp88 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.3 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 For player complaints, gp88 operates an internal dispute resolution process. Complaints must be submitted in writing to our support team. gp88 will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a final response within fourteen (14) business days.
